You're here, there's nothing I fear And I know that my heart will go on • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Her brown curls falling from her loose bun to her face, Tobi urged her horse on. The chestnut Campolina, Dee, changed his speed from a quick canter as he was persuaded to and started to go to a steady trot. Tobi and her stallion were doing dressage training. They were doing it indoors, however, because a drizzle had began, and the teachers didn't allow her to do it outdoors.
Tobi sighed. I wonder just what's going on with me... She thought, remembering her earlier encounter with cute freshmen Spencer Mantegna. He had said he liked her, and that he enjoyed her company. And of course, Tobi had foolishly fled the scene, like the coward she was.
With Dee beginning to gallop, Tobi had to focus more on the chestnut equine, in case she were to fall. She was riding bareback, since she had recently broke his saddle's buckle. Just around two days ago, Tobi had foolishly twisted the strap and jammed it. Clumsy Tobi had done it again. She giggled hysterically as Dee threw her up and down on his back, purposefully making her focus more.
Ecstatically, Tobi fastened her grip on the horse's mane, her knees pressing tighter to his body. The feeling of her hair flailing out of her bun and her knees clanking against Midsummer Day's Dream made Tobi forget about things that had happened earlier that morning. She was enjoying the smell of the rain from outside, the pitter patter of the water droplets, and the 'ke-de-kut' of her stallion's trot.
She began to laugh with glee, controlling her horse past the stations around her. Finally the course was completed twice, and Tobi laid her head on her Campolina's broud neck. I wonder how Spence is doing... Well, disturbing thoughts are never gone.

SPENCER
Cold water and mud splashed at Spence's feet as he ran. He had just finished his few last classes, and it had started to rain. Heavily. Using his black hoodie to shield his face from the freezing cold water drops, Spencer darted into the indoor arenas, for it was the closest building he could find.
Panting and gasping for breath, Spencer closed his eyes and sat down on the wooden, hay covered floor, condensed water vapour collecting and sliding down his arms. He was feeling really out of it, of course, what with the morning's happenings and how he just watched Miel flee; and currently the very inconvenient horrible weather. Boy, you are sadistic. He thought to himself.
The close sound of trotting made him open his eyes, and the first thing he saw was a chestnut Campolina. W-wait, there was only one horse like that on Campus, wasn't there? His heart, still thumping from the run and now this, he raised his eyes to look at the rider.
"Oh, hi Tobi," he said sheepishly.

You're here, there's nothing I fear And I know that my heart will go on • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Captivated by her horse and thoughts, Tobi didn't notice Spencer at first when he entered the arena. She had been way to engrossed with the things that were already bothering her. Maybe it wasn't so good that she saw the freshman so quickly after their little... incident. She shrugged the thought away when he greeted her, trying to look as friendly as she could.
”Oh, h-hi Spence.” Tobi said, staring at Dee’s golden mane. It seemed safer to look at rather than Spencer, considering, well, everything. She gathered her courage and looked up at him. He looked even cuter than usual, his sleek black hair plastered close to his skull, water trickling down his arms and face.
Other than ”hi”, Tobi couldn't think of another word to say. She thought long and hard before she said, ”hi,” again. Oh drat, now she made herself look stupid again.

Spencer was silent, for he too had nothing to say to Tobi. He was confused, unsure... and well, uncertain. Spence sighed. Didn't all those three feelings mean the exact same thing? Wait, not exactly. Confused would be refered to being unable to think with clarity or act with understanding and intelligence; whereas uncertain would mean undecided and unsure would be precarious.
The young freshman frowned at himself. He wasn't even talking to anyone but he was boring himself. Why was it that he had a knack for always spitting out statistics and the works? If it bored the speaker, it definitely could bore the listeners. No wonder people dislike me..
Looking at the chestnut Campolina, Spencer sighed. He really should get this troublesome thing over with. If he was going to live life hiding from Tobi, well, that wouldn't go too well, since they were in similar classes, math inculded.
"U-um, about this morning... y-you know..." he stuttered. Kicking himself mentally, Spence thought: Great, I'm stuttering. A real manly impression. "I, I have something I want to say." He inhaled. Why couldn't he just get to the point already? "I'm sorry." Perfect. Now he looked like a wimp too.
