`Heartland is a horse sanctuary nestled in the hills of Virginia . It's a place where scars of the past can be healed, and where not only frightened and abused horses but children as well can learn to trust once again. Healing hearts and healing horses have become a motto for not only Heartland, but for everyone. Working their way through life, making everyday matter, every second count, and tomorrow a promise.
Come and join this newly founded site, based on the Heartlands books. With a little bit of change and intrest put into it. There remains two ranches, Heartlands West and Heartlands East. Come and see how you to can change the lives of those that do not believe in trust anymore. Rather it ranges from surverly abused horses to trouble children. Its your choice to make their lives better.
OOC: This is a brand new site, recently made Oct 10th, 2009. Currently holding 3 members, hoping for new faces to come and join!. It is based on the series of books, but I also took the chance of changing it up a little. Giving the high school children a equine class and so on. Rather you join or not, please let your friends know and pass it on!
